The lease will facilitate the construction of a new theatre suite for public and private patients (PPPT) to be built and operated by the successful bidder. The successful bidder will be responsible for the design, build, finance and operation of the PPPT, which will be physically connected to HSCR. Accordingly, the design must be sympathetic to the design of HSCR and address construction and operating risk issues with the physical connection.
