The works include (please note the following list is not exhaustive): - Demolition of a block partitions forming the meeting room adjacent to the Community Hub, (2) Suspended ceiling and lighting works, (3) replacement floor covering to the Ground Floor area, (4) alterations to electrical services and (5) the creation of a sensory area to the Ground floor. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
