These services share in common handling referrals and responding quickly to address a social care crisis situation. This Service will also include the assessment for, installation and review of Telecare and associated equipment. The Service Provider(s) will work closely with the Equipment Service Provider, responsible for providing and maintaining the Telecare equipment, and installing more complex Telecare equipment.
