The members now wish to re-procure a panel of expert and experienced legal advisers as preferred suppliers of specialist advocacy and related legal services. The Members are interested in receiving applications from barristers and from solicitors who have attained their higher rights of audience pursuant to the Solicitors' Higher Rights of Audience Regulations 2010. The option will be preserved in any legal agreement entered into, that additional local authorities within Greater London and South-East England (please refer to [direct.gov.uk](https://www.direct.gov.uk) for a full list of local authorities in these regions) may access the framework agreement in due course – whether or not they are also a member of the LBLA.
