We do this by sharing and celebrating progress and providing practical support and guidance through This contract for Regional Patient Safety Services will support Sign up to Safety campaign in order to deliver on its objectives for its next phase from April 2016 to end June 2017, by providing additional capacity and capability in patient safety to help the campaign reach existing and new membership across the South of England.
