This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is not a call for competition for the purposes of Regulation 26(9) of the Public Contracts regulation 2015 — a specific call for competition for this planned procurement is likely be published by means of a contract notice within the next 1-2 months. The purpose of this PIN is an early notification to the market of The Commissioner's intention to publish a contract notice for these services in the next 1-2 months. It is anticipated that contracts would be awarded towards the end of 2015 for service to commence early 2016, and that this contract or contracts will have a maximum 2 year duration (to be confirmed). This PIN is also to advise the market of a planned market engagement event.
