This will include submission of planning. Once the school has been constructed and available for occupation the classrooms will be removed by others and (Appendix A – Site Plan phase two) works will need to be completed. The procurement route will be an initial PCSA agreement to enable design to be detailed and planning to be submitted. The main JCT D&B contract will be entered into once Contractor's Proposals have been agreed.
