The aim of the procurement will be to secure a Change Partner; which will be responsible for the review and rationalisation of a number of IT systems and SBC core processes associated. This is in order to optimise the process and operating efficiency across the Council. Additionally, the Change Partner will also be responsible for any subsequent implementation required as part of the streamlining of ongoing practises.
