The successful contractor will be expected to provide a service which could be called out at short notice. Additional information: The tender is to provide a monitoring & inspection service for the prevention of Legionella to meet the requirements of Derbyshire County Council, Tenderers are required to complete the attached documentation and upload as part of their tender submission. The award of this particular contract will be to one successful organisation that is able to service the Council requirements for the whole of Derbyshire. Submissions will NOT be accepted via E-mail, all tenders MUST be submitted through the Due North East Midlands Tendering Portal to include their completed documentation and any further information requested. The service will be delivered at various different establishments throughout Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
