The framework is expected to operate for duration of 3 years with an option to extend for a further two years The brief for the required provision is: provision of a course of hep B vaccinations and follow up blood monitoring. Please DO NOT amend the Form of Agreement - this document is just for information at this stage. ### Coverage and Locations Services must be available during each week throughout the year. There is no requirement for services on Bank Holidays or at week-ends. Any other restriction in access to services should be made clear in your submission. The majority of council employees live and work around the council?s four Hubs in Salisbury, Trowbridge, Devizes and Chippenham. Coverage must be provided in these four areas.
