The contracting authority will develop the service model to incorporate the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012, specifically: what is proposed to be procured, might improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of the relevant area, (area is the geographic area for which the procurement is taking place) and how in conducting the process of procurement, it might act with a view to securing the improvement.
