The Borough Council is inviting tenders for the undertaking of a Full Options Appraisal Report to be presented to the Council which will • Identify fully costed options/potential solutions for the regeneration of Saltergate Multi-storey car park, to include as a minimum o Structural Repairs o Lighting, o Parking Equipment, o Elevators o Security o Access/Egress o Signage & Tarriffs o Aesthetics o & Compliance • Undertake a full intrusive structural survey to inform the above report. The report will provide the information necessary to enable the council to make a suitable decision on the future of the car park. PROCUREMENT OUTPUT: A fully researched Options Appraisal Report to be presented by the successful supplier to Council Representatives. Anticipated work to take place between 24/08/15 - 27/11/2015.
