The properties have been vacant for a short period of time and following the completion of a full structural survey and the production of a specification of works in respect of each property, the Council now requires that a provider project manage the schedule of works to complete the refurbishments to bring the properties back into use in as short a timescale as possible. Additional information: The Council will only use companies that are registered to Constructionline and have filled out a PAS91 pre-qualification form on that system.
