A full specification for our requirements is attached. All bidders must submit their bids via the procurement portal, please ensure that you have sufficient time to submit your bid and any other documents you want to upload, any bids and/or related documents received after the deadline stated will be automatically rejected, unless there are exceptional circumstances as defined by the Council.
