To achieve this and to deliver an innovative and sustainable MASH function, which will form part of the wider safeguarding contact service, LCC is looking to commission a range of specialist support from a Contractor to assist with the redesign and redevelopment of the MASH function. This support will encompass technical advice on operating models and associated processes relating to Safeguarding and Early help.
