Despite the part clarification of this by way of a response to a submitted question, this omission has led to a significant variation in the responses provided by the tenderers which has made a fair comparison on financial grounds impractical. The Council has therefore decided to suspend the tender pending a review of the tender documentation. A revised tender exercise will be undertaken in the third quarter of 2016.
