Providers will be required to demonstrate their ability to support young people through developing and delivering a creative and modern offer of youth work using media and the creative arts. Providers will also need to demonstrate: ? experience of operating medium sized public buildings and developing commercial offers from them; ? experience of making maximum use of the facilities and resources available commercially and for the benefit of young people as detailed in the facilities management specification; ? ability to and experience of securing a high quality and diverse youth offer; The successful provider will be expected to respond to and implement effectively the specific facilities and resources made available at Soap Box Youth Centre.
