The ISHS will support delivery against the three main Public Health Outcomes Framework measures: Under 18 conceptions Chlamydia Diagnosis (15-24 year olds) People presenting with HIV at a late stage of infection. The ISHS will offer three levels of sexual health provision which will be provided using a 'Hub' and 'Spoke' model. This will include: Contraception and STI screening and treatment with dual trained staff delivering integrated, not simply co-located, provision provided under one management structure. The delivery of a Health promotion programme The delivery of an external training programme.
