The Contractor will generally be required to carry out all of the work to any property whilst that dwelling is occupied or Void. The primary objective of the Contract is to further improve the service that the Employer provides for its tenants, to be known as Customers, by securing a responsive and efficient level of performance. The work must therefore be completed to a high standard in order to receive the required high level of customer satisfaction.
