More detail on this duty is provided by the Short Breaks Regulations. We want to commission a high quality, reliable and accessible service to meet this requirement and to work with us, families and young people to achieve the best possible outcomes for those young people and their families in Calderdale. The Specialist Provision Short Breaks service is broken down into three Lots: Lot 1 Personal assistance (one to one) support to access inclusive activities in the community and/or at the child's or young person's home.
