The purpose of the Service is to provide reliable, effective and satisfactory storage, Collection, Transport and Disposal of 'Waste Collection Authorities' (WCA) collected Waste in such a way as to protect the environment and meet all statutory obligations of both 'Waste Disposal Authority' (WDAs) and the WCas. This procurement is an Open (1-stage process). Suppliers wishing to take part in this process are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement suite of tender documents in the e-tendering system. To be considered as a tenderer you must complete and submit a bid by the deadline of 12:00 noon on the 09.05.16.
