The type of works may be both planned and reactive works carried out on a variety of premises. The intended make-up of the Framework Part 2 is for the creation of a number of individual Lots covering specific areas of work: Cleaning, Clearing of Social Housing, Painting, Garage Doors, Various Flooring, Metal Gates & Fencing, Soft & Hard Groundworks, providing the best opportunity for the broadest range of Prospective Providers to apply for and be successful in joining the Framework. The lots comprising this framework agreement are as follows: - Lot 11 a - Cleaning of Dispersed / Furnished Properties - Social Housing and Void Properties - Lot 12 Clearing of Social Housing - Lot 13 a - Painting and Decorating including Graffiti Removal - Social Housing - Lot 13 b - Painting and Decorating including Graffiti Removal - Other Premises and Sites - Lot 14 Garage Doors - Fit New and Repair Existing - Lot 16 a - Flooring Tiling - Social Housing - Lot 16 b - Flooring Carpets - Social Housing - Lot 16 c - Flooring Various (All Uses) - Other Premises and Sites - Lot 20 a - Metal Gates and Fencing - Social Housing - Lot 20 b - Metal Gates and Fencing - Other Premises and Sites - Lot 29 a - Groundwork (Hard) - Social Housing - Lot 29 b - Groundwork (Soft) - Social Housing The closing date for the receipt of final tender applications is 4th January 2017 at 12:00 noon.
