The aim of the service is to ensure a safe, timely, effective and value for money GP services that meet the needs of local people. It is the intention of NHS England to enter into 1 APMS contract for this service. However, a partnership/consortium proposal for the 1 year (12 month) contract would be considered. The estimated annual contract value for this service in 2014/15 is approximately £245,000 to £300,000. The offer documentation will be available from 26th June 2015 should be completed and submitted by the closing date of 5pm on Wednesday 8th July 2015. All submissions will be evaluated using the scoring criteria which are contained within the offer documentation.
