The Award Criteria be based on MEAT (Most Economically Selected Advantageous Tender) in terms of the criteria stated in the specification and in the invitation to tender or descriptive document. Additional information: The contract has been awarded for a three year period from 1st April 2016 until 31st March 2019 . This may be extend the contract for a further period of one year + one year, not exceeding 5 years in total, until 31st March 2021.
