The Trust is working closely with Liverpool City Council on this project as part of a collaborative partnership to maximise the use and opportunities the land affords. The intention is for the disposal of the land to a suitable buyer who would be willing to develop the land in accordance with the Trust and Liverpool City Council's vision of a primarily residential development which is in harmony with the surrounding properties and the new Alder Hey Hospital in the Park which is adjacent to the land being disposed of.
