The scope of the service is to cover the main Trust hospital buildings, Hartington mental health unit, the Trusts Clay Cross site and the Trusts Buxton Health site. The Trust expects the regularity of these cleans to be scheduled evenly throughout the year: • Trust main hospital buildings – one per quarter • Trust residences – every six months • Hartington Mental health Unit – every six months • Clay Cross Site – Once per year • Buxton Health Site – Once per year The Trust will require the Window Cleaning Service contractor to provide a schedule detailing when and where these cleans will be undertaken. Confirmation of attendance on site one week prior to scheduled clean will also be required by the Trust. CRHFT is a busy approximately 600 bed acute trust, it is vital that any contractor working on site ensures that there is minimal or no disruption to the day to day business of the Trust and that its staff ensure they maintain the safety, dignity and confidentiality of its patients.
