Bidders are invited to submit quotations to deliver the Market Analysis Ex Ante stages, in compliance with national and EU/EIB guidance, regarding the market need and demand for a UDF in relation to all the eligible actions in the relevant LEP ESIF strategies to which a UDF can be applied. This comprehensive report will need to be completed by 16 October 2015.
