ESPO’s preference is to have a one-stop shop and therefore it is intended that only one supplier is appointed on to the framework. However, in order to ensure the full range of customer requirements can be met, ESPO will reserve the right to award to more than one supplier. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
