[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](/opportunities/for-small-businesses)## About this tender Futures Housing Group (FHG) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and financially sound economic operator(s) to provide our Scaffolding requirements as and when required covering all property types. The Scaffolding requirements are required for Daventry and District Housing Ltd covering the area of South Northamptonshire and for Futures Homescape Ltd covering the area of Amber Valley and region within and near Derbyshire. The period of this contract will be three years including a six month initial period and with unilateral right to extend for a further period not exceeding three further years. The successful bidder will be required to work throughout our district/s on our buildings and tenant's homes to a high standard. All works to be carried out to the latest legislations and our scope of works as detailed in the ITT Document.
