The services will cover: Public Engagement Public Consultation Communications strategy, including the creation and preparation of marketing documentation, advice on and implementation of effective engagement and consultation methods Additional information: The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers' Responses, will be conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link: [businessportal.southeastiep.gov.uk](https://www.businessportal.southeastiep.gov.uk) For the information of Tenderers, the procedure for accessing the system is set out below: (a) Once you have reviewed the documentation, please decide whether you intend to respond or would like to opt out and click on the appropriate button to submit your intent.
