The aim of the survey is to gain intelligence on recycling habits (by demographic group) that can be used to determine current performance and inform future improvements. A secondary aim of the survey would be to gauge current scheme satisfaction. One main face to face survey will be required along with the option for a number of postal or face to face booster surveys. Tenderers should provide a comprehensive methodology that indicates how they will achieve the aims and objectives set out in this brief.
