Please note that ECO funding is desired, however not essential. Additional works to the blocks are as follows: Works to each block will comprise: - External Wall Insulation (to both schemes) - The replacement of existing balcony metal work (Canley scheme only) - Concrete repairs and painting to existing concrete balcony slabs (to both schemes) - Replacement communal entrance doors (to both schemes) - Replacement upvc windows to communal areas (to both schemes) - Removal of asbestos soffits and replacement with UPVC (Canley scheme only) If you wish to express an interest in this project please ENSURE YOU ARE REGISTERED AND LOGGED INTO OUR PORTAL.
