The service will deliver essential services that would usually be provided by primary medical services in-hours. The service will need to meet all national standards, including the National Quality Standards for GP Out of Hours services. The service will be delivered in 3 main patient streams: - Telephone advice. - Face to face consultation at a primary care centre. - Home visits The estimated cost envelope for the service is approximately £1.9 million per annum.
