Dependant on his findings and whether the existing supply is required to be maintain to any property not included for renewal. The properties are located in the Moss Bank and Blackbrook areas of St Helens - included in the scheme for tender are 56 number properties which will need to be completed (List 1). Depending on tender costs there may be a further 39 properties to be added (List 2).
