Scaffold, edge protection, chutes and hoisting facilities to be provided by CC Contract Services who will be doing alterations and replacement of arts of the timber roof structure All work has been measured from the drawings for tender purposes and the works as carried out will be subject to re-measure and revaluation. Programme of work It is intended that the clay tile roofing works take place spring/early summer 2016 but exact dates are to be agreed.
