The purpose of this project is to create a new office facility for University Support Services which will combine both Estates Management and IT Service Departments. These are predominately “back of house” service providers and the main Student facing services (predominately IT) will remain on the First Floor of “B” Block until a more suitable location is found elsewhere. In addition, safe access, demolition of a vacated building, creating of a pool car parking & delivery area and alterations to the existing Estates store are to be created.
