In brief the process will be as follows: Only those organisations that express their interest in this opportunity via the Kent Business Portal will receive this Invitation to Tender (ITT) All submitted compliant bids will be evaluated in accordance with the instructions contained within this document. During the period of the DPS, the Agreement will remain open to new organisations who may tender to become an approved supplier. Organisations wishing to be added to the DPS will have to meet the minimum quality standards as defined in this document. Successful organisations appointed to the DPS will be given equal standing with existing DPS members within their respective supply categories. This opportunity will be completed electronically via ProContract, a site run by Due North.
