We have explored family preservation models but would be interested in any approaches that would deliver the outcomes. Families to be worked with will fall into two specific cohorts as follows: ### Cohort 1 - Families with a child aged 10 ? 17 currently looked after under s.20 of the Children?s Act (1989) and with a plan to return home. ### Cohort 2 - Families with a child aged 10 - 17 on the edge of care and at imminent risk of becoming looked after on a voluntary basis. Using a payment by results model, service provider/s will receive payments linked to key primary outcomes such as: - the child being reunited with the family and returning to the family home (cohort 1) - Improved measured family functioning and child well-being - the child remains home with their family (cohort 2) - Improved measured family functioning and children well-being Additional information: This procurement is being managed via our online procurement portal [supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk](https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk).
