This document constitutes the tender brief and outlines the Council's requirements relating to the completion of this commission. Whilst the principle focus should be the area within the town centre boundary consultants are also asked to look outside at the wider area that may impact on, or have an external influence on, the town. For a full specification for this opportunity, please register you interest. PLEASE NOTE: This request for quotation will be marked on 60% Quality and 40% Price. Suppliers are advised to clarify any points of doubt or difficulty relating to the documentation before submitting their response. Please bear in mind fluctuations in connectivity or the uploading of larger documents can mean that the process takes longer than anticipated. Any questionnaires submitted or submitted incomplete by the stated deadline time and date will be discarded. It is the responsibility of the bidder to meet the deadline.
