All contractors must either be Lloyds registered and in compliance with the GIRS scheme or all connections must be supervised by a Lloyds registered contractor. If the contractor is not Lloyds registered please provide details of the Lloyds registered contractor you will use to witness these connections: All contractors must confirm they will provide a full list of MPRNs to the contract administrator on completion of the works.
