The grant was awarded and match funding has been released; a specialist practitioner is now required to assure the process of the study work and develop a plan to progress towards establishing a district heating network for Swindon, involving a robust stakeholder engagement strategy. Full details relating to the scope of works are provided in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document: Contract Period The contract will be initially for a period of 1 year commencing July 2015. This is a competitive tender, and a contract will be awarded to the organisation that is deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender.
