## About this tender

This contract will be replacing the existing "2/1305 National Distribution Centre (NDC)", which is due to expire in March 2017. This will be for a warehouse/ storage facility and for the replacement "Third Line" support contract. The NTLC may also require facilities for a new "Technology Test Centre”.

Additional information: Highways England is considering starting the tendering exercise this Spring/ Summer 2016, with the publication of a Prior Identification Notice (PIN). An OJEU Notice (following the Open Procedure) will be published a few weeks later. We are considering using the NEC 3 Term Service Contract: [neccontract.com](https://www.neccontract.com/).
