Installation of swipe cards and panic alarms, and connection to a BMS Installation of hearing loops and of microphones and webcasting infrastructure to a committee room External works include construction of a flagpole and fitting of a buggy park ### Crookhill offices Chickerell – Refit of an existing working depot including installation of new data cabling and electrics along dado trunking and ceiling voids Construction of a new server room. Construction of 6 no. new windows and insulation to existing roof space and walls. ### Installation of swipe cards External works include construction of a motorbike park and road crossings with speed bumps. This office is a working depot for refuse collection and staff will need to be accommodated during the works, so it needs to be carefully phased.
