[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England (Central Midlands) and Luton CCG (referred to as the Commissioner(s)) under joint commissioning arrangements is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver APMS Service(s). The Commissioners are looking for a provider to deliver high quality, patient centred and value for money (VFM) Primary GP services, delivered in a safe and effective manner. The contract is to be carried out at Sundon Park Health Centre, Tenth Avenue, Sundon Park, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU3 3EP. As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 3 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years. The current contract(s) for the Services will end on 31st March 2017 and as a result the successful provider is expected to be fully operational, providing services from 1st April 2017. Based on the current contract it is anticipated that the service provision resultant of this procurement will have an annual agreement value of £261,608 (excluding VAT) based on the patient weighted list size of 2,801 as at 1st April 2016. Additional income can be earned from the Quality Outcomes Framework payment and Enhanced Services Payments. It is envisaged that TUPE will apply.
