The requirement is broken into 3 lots:- - Lot 1:A fully managed service contract for the provision of Finance & Accounting BPO services (for BBC and BBC WW), and application management and infrastructure management services (for BBC). - Lot 2: A fully managed service contract for the provision of Payroll services: payroll solution and payroll accounting services (for BBC and BBC WW). - Lot 3:In addition, Lot 3 is for a fully managed service contract for the provision of all the services as described in Lot 1 and Lot 2 together. The contract(s) will have a term of 5 years (60 months) with services commencing on 1st November 2016. The contract(s) may be extended at the BBC’s discretion by up to 2 years. The BBC is looking to sign the contract(s) in early March 2016 to allow for a circa 8 month transition period. ii.
