The required feasibility studies are for district heat energy masterplans covering Barnsley Town Centre and Knottingley / Castleford Town Centres, and a techno-economic feasibility study for York Hospital and the surrounding area. Project management of the feasibility studies along with stakeholder engagement will be carried out by a separately procured professional services provider.
