The Employer seeks Expressions of Interests from companies who wish to be invited to tender to provide these Services. The Suppliers shall identify and help recruit high-calibre candidates who possess the necessary skills, experience and potential to drive the HS2 project forward and deliver on a range of challenging objectives. The Services shall include: - candidate search and attraction – including certain advertising and marketing services; and - candidate assessment and evaluation. The Contract outcomes (subject to confirmation prior to the issue of Invitations to Tenders) shall be that, in respect of each vacancy: - the role was filled by an appropriate candidate, proposed by the Supplier; - the role was filled by an appropriate candidate possessing exceptional skills, ability and experience; - the Supplier contacted a diverse range of exceptional candidates from a diverse, potentially global field, who were not necessarily scanning mainstream media for such opportunities; - the Supplier’s selection process demonstrated transparency and fairness at each stage, recognising equality and diversity, enabling the role to be offered to the most appropriate candidate; - the Supplier conveyed to all candidates that HS2 Ltd is a modern, progressive employer offering specific career opportunities to senior and highly specialist technical staff. Additional information: HS2 Ltd will host this tender opportunity using its own e-sourcing portal powered by BravoSolutions. In order to access the tender documents, suppliers must undertake the following steps. ### Registration If your organisation is not already registered on the HS2 eSourcing Portal, please follow the following steps: - Follow the link: [hs2.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html](https://hs2.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html) - Click the ‘Register now!’ link. - Click “I agree” on the User Agreement, followed by “next”. - Enter your business and user details. - Note the username you use and click ‘save’ when complete. - You will then receive an e-mail with your unique password. For noting, it is possible for your organisation to register more than once and therefore it may be worth double checking with your sales team that you are not already registered. Accessing the tender documents: Once you have registered on the HS2 eSourcing Portal, please follow the following steps to access the tender documents: - Login using your unique username and password. - Click on the ‘My PQQs’ link. - Click on the ITT code.
