Central to this are remote server facilities used to host web and database virtual servers. Currently, JNCC has 2 leased physical servers (each HP DL380 G5 XN E5405, 24 GB RAM, 4 x 146 GB 10k HDD RAID 5), each hosting 4 virtual servers (all are Windows 2008 r2 except one Windows 2003 r2). Additional storage is provided by a QNAP NAS device (8 TB RAID 5, 6 TB usable). The hardware is coming to end of life and the provision must be re-tendered. The existing supplier is exiting the market and so JNCC is seeking a new web hosting partner. Additional information: You are invited by JNCC Support Co. (JNCC) to submit a tender for the supply of works and services required under the above project.
