Agencies will provide a full service offering; where effectively the agency takes over the management of all bespoke Birmingham City Council owned Social Media channels built for the promotion and awareness generation of COG. We will seek to build communities via influences across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram as well as any other recommended channels. We will require advice and guidance on benchmarking and metrics and a designated resource throughout the life of the campaign to optimise and report accordingly.
