In addition there will be provision in the accommodation for an emergency 'crash pad' flat for up to 3 Clients at any one time for an agreed short term period.The Adults Homelessness Service will provide short stay accommodation to homeless persons over the age of 18. This is to include space for 20 'Wayfarer' or SWEP (Severe Weather & Emergency Protocol) placements as referred by West Berkshire Council Housing Team. Provision for rough sleepers to access washing facilities (shower) upon referrals by West Berkshire Council Housing Team.
